Rody Gonzalez began working in carpentry, at just 16 years old. He developed a passion for the craftsmanship and finish detail and by 2000 had secured himself a career in the carpentry trade. 

It was later on, after working for a private company, that Rody realized his true calling for finish carpentry. During the years of the recession Rody built a name for himself and a reputation for quality, detail, and excellence. 

In 2014, Rody officially began A+ Finish Carpentry, LLC.  A family owned business that prides itself on providing the utmost quality to customers. Rody, his wife Ana, and a team of qualified employees have developed the business and continue to create opportunities for A+ to work directly with commercial construction companies, to bring eighteen years of pristine experience and professional customer service.
